This year Caden was Flavor Flav...of course this comes from his love for Clocks. He had more fun handing out candy than he did trick or treating. We let him stay up later than normal since he was having so much fun.

Single Mom Saturday's

Rick has been doing over time on Saturday's for a while now, so it is Single Mom Saturday's for me. I try to get Caden and me out of the house as much as possible on Saturday's so I don't go crazy. I will put some pic's and blog a bit about what we had been doing. One Saturday I took Caden to the Boo at the Zoo. Before we headed to the zoo I met up with Wendy, and her boy James, Krista, Nate and Colby for lunch. After a crazy lunch Caden and I headed over to the Zoo. It took us over an hour to find parking and it was wild inside the park, kids everywhere. We hung out at the playground for most of the time since we were waiting for my parents who never showed up due to the parking. Another time we went to Lagoon and he LOVED it there! He was not happy to go home. I told him Nana was waiting for him at home and that is the only way I got him out the door. Thankfully Nana was going to be there later, so it wasn't a big fib. Other time we went to Peach Days with Nana, Natalie, Briggs and River. There are some pic's of that too. Ok that is all for now.

Ok so much for keeping up on this....The latest thing going on with is we just had our 1st annual Turkey Day for all our friends. We love this time of the year and it is so hard to get together with people in December with all the family stuff that is going on, so we choose to use Thanksgiving as an excuse. It was a wonderful fun night. We cooked the turkeys and then everyone else brought a side dish. It was so yummy! We had so many kids running though the house, it was great. We set up the bounce house in Caden's toy room and the kids just went crazy jumping away. They were loving the whole jump thing so much half went into our room and jumped on the bed. After everyone with kids went home, the die hard's stayed up and man did we party! Well if you call playing on the arcade and playing domino's really parting...that is what we did. I think we were to tired form running around with kids all night and had to much to eat to turn the living room into a dance floor that night. Hopefully next time!

So here I am

So many people have been asking me to do this, so here I am. I am for the most part doing this for my wonderful Dad. He has been wanting to create something that all the family can view, and keep in touch with. So I am going to take the lead and get it started... I will try to update as much as possible.
